Breathing Workshop @Tokyo. 呼吸のワークショップ＠原宿

I will give a "trial" Breathing Class @PETU,  Tokyo.
We can't live without breathing. we breath since we born... It is so natural, so normal...
We forget how important it is. So, in this class, I'd like to show you some techniques which you can do in your daily life! small things, but I believe this is very important!!! Breath to BREATH!

当たり前の様に、２４時間休む事なく行っている呼吸。あまりにも当然すぎて“呼吸”を意識する事はあまりないのではないでしょうか？しかし、呼吸は、とても大事な事。元気、病気など、全て“気”が関わっています。そう、気は呼吸から体に入りますよね、、。ということで、この体験レッスンでは、日常使える、呼吸法をお教えします。大げさな事ではないですが、とても大事な事だと思います。ちゃんと呼吸すること！！
