My new wonderful Wetsuit

This wetsuit is something VERY impressive!

WooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooW!!!! It's a zipless wetsuit (you get in from the neck part. to close in I have a zipper in front.) and you do NOT have to wet yourself to get in to it.

and more than that...... No water resistance for what so ever!!!!!! So, smooth way into the water and in the water, you don't feel that you are wearing a wetsuit. It is a magical wetsuit!!!!!

After 2weeks of cold weather in Tokyo, and few days in crazy Las Vegas.... Finally I arrived to sunny Bahamas and to Dean's Blue Hole, Long Island, Bahamas!!!!

It was mind blowing!!!! the Cirque du Soleil show "O"!!!!! WOOOOOOOW! Amazing, Amazing. and Thank you to my great friend, I could go to Backstage tour after the show and on top of that, got poster with team "O" sigined in!!!!!

Back stage tour was full of inspirations!!! Wow!!

皆様。昨晩の情熱大陸、楽しんでいただけましたでしょうか？私は現在、タイに居まして番組は観れていないのですが、みなさんのコメント、メッセージを読ませて頂くと、ちゃんと伝わったのかな！？？と一安心です。

言葉があるから伝わり易い事。そして言葉があるからこそ間違って伝わってしまう事があると思います。水中は言葉がありません。だからこそ心を、感覚を研ぎすまして潜っています。

somehow, my way of traveling is crazy. I dont know why I just didn't stay at one place or stick to one thing... but well.... from today till the end of August, I'll be from deep under the water in Indonesia to very high up mountain in Nepal!!! Will be FUN!!

We can't live without breathing. we breath since we born... It is so natural, so normal...
We forget how important it is. So, in this class, I'd like to show you some techniques which you can do in your daily life! small things, but I believe this is very important!!! Breath to BREATH!
